From Stranger to Regular: Your Marketing Funnel, Simplified

From Stranger to Regular: Your Marketing Funnel, Simplified

"Funnel" sounds like jargon, but it's just the path a person takes from never having heard of you to buying again and again. Map it out and your marketing finally makes sense.

1. Attract (stranger → aware)

Reels, SEO, and shareable content get new people to discover you. The goal here isn't to sell, it's just to be found.

2. Engage (aware → interested)

Now you build trust: helpful posts, your story, social proof. People follow, read, and start to believe you know your stuff.

3. Convert (interested → customer)

A clear offer and an easy next step turn interest into a first purchase. Make the path obvious and low-friction.

4. Keep (customer → regular)

The cheapest customer to win is one you already have. Stay in touch, keep delivering, and remind them you exist. Most businesses pour everything into step one and ignore step four, balance all four and the whole thing compounds.
